CMS reports do not synchronize with Shared Memory

Condition

CMS does not synchronize reports with Shared Memory (SHM).

Cause

Reports contain out-of-sequence messages.

Solution

Procedure

  1. In the spi.logs file, locate the CPERRORS entries.
  2. In these entries, determine the error cause.
