Condition

OpenSIPS challenges incoming calls from a SIP server.

Cause

You did not select the Trusted check box for the SIP server on the Configuration Server web portal.

Solution

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to Administration > System > SIP Servers.
  2. On the SIP Servers screen, select the required SIP server.
  3. In the top-right corner of the screen, click the Edit icon.

    The Configuration Server displays the SIP server configuration fields.

  4. Select Trusted.
  5. In the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.

    The Configuration Server saves the SIP server configuration and redirects you to the SIP Servers screen.
