An endpoint does not complete the SIP registration

Cause

The SIP IP address is incorrect in the configuration file.

Solution

Procedure

  1. Access the active Routing Core Server.
  2. To view the SIP IP address in the configuration file, run the docker exec mega-ppm /bin/bash -c 'echo $SIP_SERVER' command.
  3. Optional If the SIP IP address is incorrect, edit the SIP_SERVER variable in the configuration file.
