You can use this procedure to release the CTI links that you put to the maintenance busy state. After releasing a link, you can use the CTI application connected to the link.
You can also run maintenance commands on the Configuration Server console.
Before you begin
Obtain the CTI link ID.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, log in to the Maintenance Shell console.
Run the mtc release cti-links <CTI link number> command.
To ensure that the CTI link is released, check the link status details.
