Viewing CTI links

About this task

You can use this procedure to view the list of all CTI links configured on the Routing Core Server with their status details.

The CTI link can have the following states:

  • Down: The CTI link does not operate.

  • Restarted

  • Established: The CTI link operates, and the connection through the link is established.

  • Busied out: The CTI link is busied out. A busied-out CTI link drops all client connections associated with the link.

  • Listening

You can also run maintenance commands on the Configuration Server console.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, log in to the Maintenance Shell console.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To view all CTI links, run the mtc list cti-links command.

      The Maintenance Shell displays the list of all CTI links you configured on the Routing Core Server with the connection details.

    • To view one CTI link details, run the mtc list cti-links <CTI link number> command.

      The Maintenance Shell displays the connection details for the specified CTI link.
