Rebooting a contact center server

About this task

After importing new server and trusted CA certificates, reboot contact center servers.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Open the console on the active Configuration Server.

    • Use the SSH client to log in to the active Configuration Server.

  2. To access the server, run the following command:

    ssh mega@<server_IP_address>, where <server_IP_address> is the static IP address of the contact center server.

  3. Run the following command:

    sudo reboot
