Importing Base Station Location IDs from a CSV File

The location ID's for a set of base stations can be imported from a .csv file.

  • For IPBS base stations, each entry in the file should have the following format:

    • <Radio Name>,<Location ID>,<Description>

    • For example: IPBS3-25-ec-3d,123456789,Reception

  • For IPBL base stations, each entry in the file should have the following format:

    • <Radio Name>,<RFP Port>,<Location ID>,<Description>

    • For example: IPBL-30-00-20,16,ABCDF,Conference Room 1

Procedure

  1. Login to the master base station.
  2. Select Device Overview and then select the Radios tab.
  3. Click on base station name.
  4. Click Import location id's.
  5. Browse to and select the file containing the location ID for each base station.
  6. Click Next>.
  7. Click OK.
