Searching the Call List

You can use the search box at the top of the calls list to search the filtered calls and only display matching calls.

Procedure

  1. Enter the filter term. You can use partial terms. For example, entering "Sal" matches the user name "Sally" and the group name "Sales".
  2. The search term is applied immediately.
  3. To remove the search delete the search term used.
