Sorting the Calls

By default, the calls list is sorted by date and time. However, you can sort it using any of the currently displayed column headers.

Procedure

  1. Click on the header of the required sort column. The Sort Ascending icon indicates the current column being used.
  2. Clicking on the same column header again reverses the sort order. This is shown by a Sort Descending icon.
