Bulk downloading of Media Manager audio recordings using a script

IP Office supports bulk downloading of Media Manager audio recordings using a Visual Basic Script (VBScript). The workflow provides a fast, fully-automated method for exporting large volumes of recordings with improved efficiency.

Media Manager capacity for searching or filtering records

• Using the search text box at the top of the screen: 20,000

• Using the search filter in the left pane on the screen: 35,000

Spaces-based messaging is no longer available

Spaces-based messaging services is no longer available in IP Office. The option to select Avaya Spaces messaging using the System > Messaging Server page has been removed from IP Office Manager and IP Office Web Manager.

End of support

Voicemail Pro integration with Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and 2019 is no longer available.
