When managing a network of servers, it is possible to synchronize the service user accounts and their passwords on all the servers with those of the primary server.
Before you begin
To use this process, the administrator account password for each system should already match.
Procedure
Connect to the primary IP Office server using IP Office Web Manager. See Starting Web Manager.
Select Solution.
Select the checkbox next to each server to which the synchronization action should be applied.
Select Actions > Synchronize Server User and System Password.
The system will confirm when the action has been completed.
