Forward Unconditional behavior

Last Updated : Mar 10, 2024 |

When you select Forward Unconditional and enter a destination number entered, the system redirects all your calls to an extension number or, if enabled, an external number. See your system administrator to determine if you can forward to an external number.

Forward Unconditional works in the following ways:

  • You can make outgoing calls from your extension. The only calls that you can receive when all your calls are forwarded are calls made from the destination number.

  • If you have set an absent message, the text is displayed to caller. If absent text is active at the destination extension it will not be displayed because your absent message takes priority.
