Media Manager licenses

Media Manager is used for storage and access to call recordings separately from using standard voicemail mailboxes. It requires the IP Office system to support Voicemail Pro. Voicemail Pro does the call recording and then transfers the recorded file and call information to Media Manager.

Important:

  • An unlicensed Media Manager will operate for a 30-day trial from the time of a first recording. However, access to the recording is lost if the application is not licensed before the end of the trial period.
