The rights group settings control what service users who are members of the group can do.
Procedure
Using IP Office Manager, select File > Advanced > Security Settings.
Select the IP Office system and click OK.
Enter the name and password for access to the IP Office system's security settings.
Select Rights Groups.
Select the External tab. This tab include settings for level of voicemail server access allowed to members of the rights group. Select a particular rights group in the list to see what level of access the rights group has.
Voicemail Pro Basic: A basic account user can view most of the voicemail settings but can only edit alarms.
Voicemail Pro Standard: A standard account can perform administration of call flows using the client.
Voicemail Pro Administrator: An administrator account can administer all settings.
