Using the file manager, you can retrieve deleted custom prompts. You can only do this if the previously deleted prompt has not then been removed by the voicemail servers regular housekeeping function.
Procedure
Using a web browser, log into the web management menus for the server hosting the voicemail service.
Click Applications and select File manager.
Copy the deleted prompts back to the custom prompts folder:
Select the VMProCustomPromptsTrash directory.
Select the checkbox next to the prompt or prompts that you want to undelete.
Click on the Move icon.
Select the VMProCustomPrompts folder and click Move.
Deselect the archive property:
Select the VMProCustomPrompts directory.
Select the checkbox next to the prompt or prompts that you just moved.
Click on the Set Attributes icon.
Deselect the Archive property and click OK.
After making any changes to the set of prompts, click the Apply Prompts icon. This copies all the prompts in the file manager VMProCustomPrompts directory into the Custom Prompts directory used by the Voicemail Pro application.
