Downloading the Call Flow for Offline Editing

About this task

This process downloads the voicemail server's call flow. It can then be edited and uploaded back to the system.

Using a web browser, log into the web management menus for the server hosting the voicemail service.
Click Applications and select Voicemail Pro - Call Flow Management.
Wait whilst the web management synchronizes its copy of the call flow with that currently being used by the voicemail service.
Click Download Voicemail Pro Offline Configuration File.
Select to save the file and click OK.
Copy the downloaded VMProConfig.tar.gz file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Input.
