You can use this process to enable a network port.
Procedure
Login to the server as root.
Enter nmcli to see details of the active ports.
Enter nmtui.
Select Activate a connection.
Highlight the connection you want to disable and select Activate.
Select Back.
Select OK.
Enter nmcli to see details of the active ports.
