You can set the maximum number of CPU clock cycles that the virtual machine can use. You can also set the number of CPU clock cycles guaranteed for the virtual machine.

Multiply the clock cycle of the CPU with the number of allocated virtual CPU processors to determine the aggregate value and compare it with recommended profiling values. See IP Office Server Profiling.
