Checking the Avaya Cloud Services Users

Procedure

  1. Log in to Avaya Cloud Services at https://accounts.avayacloud.com.
  2. Click on Manage Companies and click on the existing company name.
  3. Select Manage Users.
  4. The two lists show the details of synchronized IP Office users:

    List

    Description

    Active Invites

    This list shows users who have received their email invitation to use Avaya Calling and have confirmed the invitation.

    Waiting Confirmation

    This list shows users that Avaya Cloud Services has sent a welcome email, but who have not confirmed the invitation.
