You need to configure Avaya Cloud Services with the file path to the 46xxsettings.txt of each IP Office that is acting as a SIP registrar for Avaya Workplace Client users.
Using this process, you can configure the IP Office to automatically send it SIP Registrar FQDN and Profile Name settings to Avaya Cloud Services.
Avaya Cloud Services use the values to write a profile for the IP Office that includes the profile name and a URL for the 46xxsettings.txt file.
Adding that information, allows Avaya Workplace Client users to register their client using their Unique Identity email address.
The user enters their email address when prompted by Avaya Workplace Client.
Avaya Workplace Client connects to Avaya Cloud Services which matches the email address to the customer domain and to a user.
If there are multiple IP Office profiles, the user selects from the list of available profile names.
Avaya Cloud Services provides Avaya Workplace Client with the file path for the settings file for the matching IP Office.
