Enabling Avaya cloud services user synchronization

This process enables automatic synchronization of IP Office users with a Unique Identity with users in Avaya Cloud Services.

Before you begin

Log in to IP Office using IP Office Web Manager to edit the configuration settings. Using IP Office Web Manager provides access to additional controls to ease configuration.
Select System Settings > System.
- If configuring servers in a multi-site network, click on the icon next to the required server.
Select Avaya Cloud Services.
To perform a manual check of the connection to Avaya Cloud Services:
1. Select Manual user sync.
2. Click Refresh.
3. Return to the menu. After a few minutes, the Synchronization status shows if the synchronization was successful.
If the synchronization was successful, select Enable user sync to have future synchronization performed automatically.
Click Update.
