Enter the Avaya Cloud Services settings

This process sets the base settings for the IP Office servers that should connect to Avaya Cloud Services.

  • If supporting multi-site network, you must do this configuration on each server configured as a SIP registrar.

  • Includes the secondary server to support users registered to the primary server during resilience.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Log in to IP Office using IP Office Web Manager to edit the configuration settings. Using IP Office Web Manager provides access to additional controls to ease configuration.
  2. Select Security > Security Settings.

    • If configuring servers in a multi-site network, click on the Edit icon next to the required server.

  3. Select System.
  4. In the AVAYA SPACES KEYS section, enter the Avaya Spaces API Key and Avaya Spaces Key Secret values.
  5. Click Update.
  6. Select System Settings > System.

    • If configuring servers in a multi-site network, click on the Menu icon next to the required server.

  7. Select Avaya Cloud Services.
  8. Enter a name for Profile Name.

    • If using a single IP Office server for client connections, this value is for information only.

    • If using several IP Office servers, users see this value when registering their Avaya Workplace Client and use it to select the required IP Office.

  9. Select Enable Avaya Cloud Account.
  10. Check the Account URL matches the appropriate value below:

    • IP500 V2 = accounts-ipo.avayacloud.com

    • Linux-based Server = accounts.avayacloud.com

  11. Enter the Company Domain verified with Avaya Cloud Services.
  12. Click Update.
  13. Select the Solution tab.

Next Steps

  • Repeat the process for any other servers configured as SIP registrars in the network.
