If not using automatic synchronization, you can add multiple users by uploading their details as a CSV format text file.
Using the import tools, you can specify which characters you used as a value separator and which characters you used to surround quoted values. In addition, you can use CSV files with different levels of content.
The minimum content is a list of user email addresses within the verified domain. However, you can include additional data which Avaya Cloud Services will use to pre-populate the user information. The following are example header rows:
