Blank Calling Extension/Enabling Third-Party Cookies

The Avaya Calling extension needs to store data using cookies. If the user's browser does not allow this, the Avaya Calling login screen will appear either blank or with an error message. If this happens, you can use the following process to enable the extension.

Procedure

  1. Open a new tab in Chrome.
  2. Enter chrome://settings/cookies
  3. If Block third-party cookies is enabled, scroll down to the list of Sites that can always use cookies section:
  4. Add the following string:
