Adding a new company account with a new user

Procedure

  1. Go to Avaya Cloud Services at https://accounts.avayacloud.com.
  2. Click the Add Company for IPO Push Alert link at the end of the page.
  3. On the Add New Company for IPO Push Alerts page, enter the following details:

    • Company name

    • Administrator email ID

  4. Click Add New Company.

    Avaya Cloud Services sends a confirmation email to the email ID.

  5. Click the Confirm link provided in the confirmation email.

    The link opens the My Account page.

  6. On the My Account page, enter the following details:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Password

  7. Click Create Account.
  8. Click Continue to log into your account.
