This processes temporarily changes the UA string used by a Google Chrome browser. You can use this process to have the browser mimic an Avaya phone or application requesting files from the IP Office.
Before you begin
Procedure
Using the browser, request a file from the IP Office.
Right-click on the window and select Inspect. The browser displays an inspection panel.
Click on the three-dots settings icon in the inspection panel.
Select More tools and then Network conditions.
In the User agent section, disable Use browser default.
In the drop-down list, select Custom....
In the text box below Custom..., enter the UA string the browser should use.
Refresh the browser page. The page is fetched from the IP Office using the custom UA.
