Password

Enter and confirm the user's password. This password is used for Avaya Workplace Client login.

Extension

Enter an extension number for the user. This value is also used for the Avaya Workplace Client login.

Unique Identity

For Avaya Workplace Client users who will use Avaya Cloud Services, enter their domain email address. They can then use that address to connect their Avaya Workplace Client to the IP Office.

Profile

Avaya Workplace Client is supported for any user profile other than Non-licensed User and Telephony User.

Enable Mobile VoIP client

Select this option to allow the user to use Avaya Workplace Client on Android and iOS devices.

Enable Desktop/Tablet VoIP client

Select this option to allow the user to user Avaya Workplace Client on macOS and Windows devices.
