Windows Workplace Client Installation

This process covers simple single user installation without DSCP or IM support.

Procedure

  1. Copy the MSI file to a temporary location on the PC.
  2. Double-click on the installer.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Accept the terms of the license agreement and click Next.
  5. Select the type of installation and click Next.

    The Custom option allows you to select not to install the Outlook and web browser options.

  6. If necessary change the installation path. Click Next.
  7. Select the default language and click Next.
  8. Click Install.
  9. If prompted by the Windows operating system whether to allow the installation select Yes.
  10. Click Finish.
