Once the client software has been installed, the client needs to register and login directly with the IP Office system. See Direct IP Office Avaya Workplace Client connection. Operation in the VDI environment requires the user to be simultaneously logged in on both the local PC client and the virtual desktop client.

Once the virtual desktop client is connected, it needs to be configured to use the local client for its media. See Setting the client for the call media.
