Using Avaya Workplace Client for IP Office
Enabling Other Phone mode
About this task
Use this procedure to enable the Other Phone mode and use desktop clients for audio calls. By default, the desktop client uses your computer for audio calls.
Before you begin
Configure a telephone number or numbers for Other Phone mode. See Adding an Other Phone mode phone number.
Procedure
- Click
Manage audio and video devices. - In the Place and Receive Calls Using field, click Other Phone.
- Click one of the available phones.
