Disabling entry tones in Meet-Me Conference
About this task
Disabling the entry tone by the moderator does not notify with a tone, when a moderator or participant joins or leaves a conference.
Before you begin
You must join the Meet-Me Conference as a moderator.
Procedure
- Do one of the following:
For desktop clients: Click on the
icon.For mobile clients: Click on the
icon.
- Do one of the following:
For desktop clients: Click .
For mobile clients: Slide Entry Tones.
Result
All the participants and the moderator receive the notification.
All the participants and moderator do not hear tones anymore, even when:
When a moderator or participant joins or leaves a conference.
Another participant joins or leaves the conference.
In desktop clients, under becomes clear to notify the moderator.
