Composing a message to a contact in the Avaya Calling for Microsoft Teams application

Before you begin

Log in to Avaya Workplace Client and the Avaya Calling for Microsoft Teams application.

Procedure

In the Avaya Calling for Microsoft Teams application, go to the Avaya Contacts tab.
On mobile clients, select
Select Office 365 Contacts.
Locate the contact to compose a message.
Optional On mobile clients, open the contact card for the contact.
Select .

Result

Microsoft Teams opens a new chat window with your selected contact.
