Using Avaya Workplace Client for IP Office
Finding a contact in the Avaya Calling for Microsoft Teams applications
About this task
Use this procedure to find a contact in your contacts list. You cannot search for enterprise contacts.
Before you begin
Log in to Avaya Workplace Client and the Avaya Calling for Microsoft Teams application.
Procedure
- In the Avaya Calling for Microsoft Teams application, go to the Avaya Contacts tab.
- On mobile clients, select
- Select Office 365 Contacts.
- In the name or number field, type the display name or the contact number to search.
Result
Avaya Calling for Microsoft Teams application displays the contacts that match the search criteria.
