Ensure that Avaya Oceana® Cluster 1 is in the running and accepting state.
Procedure
On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Avaya Oceana™ > Work Assignment.
On the Properties tab, double-click the property that you want to configure.
For example, Multiplicity.
Note:
Attributes are listed on the basis of the logged in user's permissions to view the ACM groups of Oceana attributes. Users can view attributes that belong to assigned attribute groups.
Avaya Control Manager administrators and supervisors must have appropriate ACM groups of attributes assigned as a part of groups to view permissions.
Avaya Control Manager administrators and supervisors must have permission to view at least one attribute from each category. If you do not have permissions, the system does not displays categories and attribute sets.
Administrator and supervisor must have permission to view all the selected attributes set in the attributes set if they click on already configured Proficiency or Service exclude property for editing. If you do not have permissions, the system does not displays categories and attribute sets.
In order to correct permissions, verify the categories configured in the Work Assignment Properties, the attributes of the respective categories and the attributes of the ACM attribute groups assigned to the Administrator/Supervisor as groups to view.
Avaya Control Manager administrators or supervisors having no groups-to-view permission on attribute groups can view all attributes in the location without any restriction.
On the Property tab, make the required changes in the fields and click Save.
For example, to configure Multiplicity, you can change the value in the Default Value field.
