Configuring the Control Manager identity

Before you begin

Ensure that you added the ID value of the Control Manager client that you noted from the Authorization Configuration page in System Manager in the NavConfig.xml file.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Control Manager.
  2. Select one of the following servers:
    1. For Avaya Oceana®, navigate to Configuration > Avaya Oceana™ > Server Details.
    2. For Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite, navigate to Configuration > Customer Engagement > Avaya Workspaces for Elite.
    3. For Avaya Analytics™, navigate to Configuration > Customer Engagement > Avaya Analytics.
  3. Select the respective server and then click Edit.
  4. On the Connection Details tab, do the following:
    1. Select the Enable Authorization check box.
    2. In Authorization Service URL, enter the following value:

      https://BreezeClusterFQDN:9443/services/AuthorizationService/token

      BreezeClusterFQDN is the FQDN of the cluster that hosts the Authorization service.

    3. From Breeze alias, select the alias of the Breeze instance.
  5. Click Save.
