Mandatory selection of From address for an outbound mail

For outbound email contacts, the agent can select the email address for the From field from the drop-down list. If the agent fails to enter a From address, Avaya Workspaces auto-populates the first value from the drop-down, resulting in the wrong sender address selection.

Avaya Oceana® introduces an ability to mandate the selection of From address for outbound mail to activate the Send button.
