Avaya Oceana® supports the ability to set proficiency levels for attributes within the categories eliminating the validation of selecting attributes from each category. The administrator can create attribute combinations and set proficiency levels at the user level.
Important:
Proficiency levels for attributes within the categories are set at the user level and not on the group level.
