Setting proficiency levels for attributes within the categories

About this task

Use the following procedure to select agent attributes within the categories, create a combination, and set proficiency levels at the user level.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Avaya Control Manager.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Select a user from the list and click Edit User.
  4. Click the Properties tab.
  5. Select Proficiency.
  6. In the Proficiency Override section, select the required attributes.
  7. Select a Proficiency value from the drop-down list for the selected attributes.
  8. Click Save.
