Use this procedure to mandate the selection of the correct From address for outgoing mail. The agents must select a valid From address from the drop-down list for outgoing mail to activate the Send button. If the mandatory selection attribute is disabled, Avaya Workspaces auto-populates the first value from the From address field drop-down list.

The mandatory selection attribute check box is unchecked by default.
