Configuring thresholds for Short Not Ready

Procedure

  1. Log on to Avaya Control Manager.
  2. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Configuration > Avaya Oceana™ > Server Details.
  3. Select the check box for the UCA server that you want to configure and then click Edit.
  4. On the Avaya Oceana Server Edit page, click the System Properties tab.
  5. Expand Thresholds and change the threshold value for Short Not Ready.
  6. Click Save.
