Creating new thresholds for Name Services in Avaya Control Manager

About this task

Use this procedure to create new thresholds for Named Services.

Before you begin

Ensure that Work Assignment Portal is functional where Name Services are created.

Important:

Thresholds created for Name Services overwrites the thresholds created for Channels.

Thresholds cannot be configured for the system service name called Specified Resource.

Procedure

  1. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Configuration  > Avaya Oceana™ > Threshold > Analytics Service Levels.
  2. On the SLA Threshold Management page, click New.
  3. On the Add New Threshold page, select the Named Service to which you want to add threshold values.

    Ensure that you enter a value for at least one measure.

  4. Click Save.

    The system adds a new Named Service on the SLA Threshold Management page.
