Configuring the service and reserve-level thresholds

About this task

Use this procedure to configure the service and reserve-level thresholds. You can also edit the attribute set and threshold values.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Avaya Control Manager interface as an administrator.
  2. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Avaya Oceana™.
  3. Click Threshold.
  4. Click Oceana Routing.

    Avaya Control Manager displays the list of all services with thresholds.

  5. To add a new attribute set:
    1. Click the plus sign (+).
    2. Move attributes from the Available Attributes list to the Selected Attributes list using the arrow buttons.
    3. Set the threshold value.
    4. Click Save.

    You can select multiple attributes from the Available Attributes list and move them the to the Selected Attributes list.

  6. To edit an attribute set and threshold values, select the attribute set and click Edit.
