Adding Transfer to User route points

About this task

You can configure Transfer to User route points for digital media channels such as Chat, Email, SMS, Social, Generic, and Messaging.

Procedure

  1. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Configuration > Avaya Oceana™ > Route Points.
  2. Click Add.
  3. In the Type field, select a Route Point.
  4. In the Sub Type field, click an option corresponding to Transfer to User.
  5. In the Name field, type the name of the route point.
  6. Click Save.

    The route points list displays the newly created route point with the Transfer To User sub type.
