Associating Transfer to User route points with channels

About this task

You can use this procedure to associate the Transfer to User route points with different channels.

Procedure

  1. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Configuration > Avaya Oceana™ > Transfer to User.
  2. In the <Channel> field, select the Transfer to User route point that you created.

    You can associate route points with the following channels:

    • Email

    • Chat

    • Messaging

    • SMS

    • Social

    • Generic

    • Web Voice

    • PSTN Voice

  3. Click Save.
