Avaya Control Manager administrators can enable or disable the Transfer to User feature. Based on this configuration, agents or supervisors can view the Transfer to User option in Avaya Workspaces.
Procedure
Log on to the Control Manager interface as an administrator.
On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Configuration > Avaya Oceana™ > Server Details.
Double-click the administered Avaya Oceana® UCA server or select the administered Avaya Oceana® UCA server, and click Edit.
On the System Properties tab, expand Transfer To User.
