Confirm that the connector for System Manager has been enabled using the procedure found in Enabling connectors. Enable the connector if it is not enabled.
In the locations list, double-click the location to which you want to assign the System Manager system.
Click the Systems tab.
Click Add.
In the System Type drop-down list, click System Manager.
In the System Name drop-down list, click the System Manager system that you configured.
Optional In the Sync Schedule drop-down list, click the required sync schedule.
Click Save.
Ensure that the Communication Manager alias name administered under Configuration > Team Engagement > Communication Manager matches the Communication Manager name under System Manager > Inventory > Manage Elements.
