Creating a SIP user profile in Avaya Control Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Avaya Control Manager.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click the drop-down icon and select Profile Manager.
  4. Click on the Add new (+) profile button.
  5. In the Profile Details tab, do the following:
    1. In the Name field, enter the name of the profile.
    2. In the Location field, enter the location of the profile.
    3. In the Active field, select yes or no from the drop-down.
    4. In the User Type field, select the required user type.
    5. Click Next.
  6. In the Application Assignment tab, do the following:
    1. In the Application field, select the required application from the drop-down.
    2. In the Role field, select the role from the drop-down.
    3. In the Application Template field, select the application template from the drop-down.
    4. Click Next.
  7. In the Contact Center tab, in the AGENT TEMPLATE field, select the agent template created.
  8. In the Unified Communication tab, do the following:
    1. Select the Create SIP User check box.
    2. In the SIP User Template field, select the SIP user template created.
  9. In the Summary tab, verify all the information entered.
  10. Click Save.
