Adding the Customer Journey widget for Outbound agents

About this task

Use this procedure to add the Customer Journey widget for Outbound agents so that they can view Customer Journey in Avaya Workspaces.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Avaya Workspaces as an administrator.
  2. On the Activate Agent screen, click Activate.
  3. Click the Layout button.
  4. On the CUSTOMIZE LAYOUT tab, select OUTBOUND.
  5. On the CUSTOMIZE SIDEBAR tab, click Add New Sidebar Tab.

    The Avaya Workspaces administrator interface displays the CONFIGURATION tab.

  6. In the Sidebar Options area, do the following:
    1. In the Name field, type the name as Customer Journey.
    2. In the Description field, type a description for the sidebar.
    3. In the Icon field, select aoc-customer-journey.
  7. In the Select Layout area, select the layout single widget.
  8. In the Select Widgets area, in the Widget 1 field, select Customer Journey.
  9. Click Save Changes.
