Configuring a Chat History Header prepared response

Use this procedure to create chat history header prepared responses.

Procedure

  1. Start Omnichannel Administration Utility.
  2. In the navigation pane, click E-mail.
  3. Click Prepared Responses.
  4. Perform the following steps to configure a Chat History Header prepared response:
    1. Click New Response.
    2. In Name, enter a name for the response.
    3. In Type, click Chat History Header.
    4. In Subject, enter the appropriate subject.
    5. In Body, enter the appropriate text.
    6. Click Save.
