You must create a new mailbox of the type Distribution group, which represents the Microsoft Office365 distribution list. You have to add a group email address and previously created mailbox to this distribution group.
Procedure
Start Omnichannel Administration Utility.
In the navigation pane, click E-mail.
Click Recipient Addresses.
Click New.
In the Mailbox Type field, select Distribution group.
In the Distribution group section, do the following:
In the Mailbox field, enter the group email address.
To assign members to the distribution group, select from the Available list to the Configured list.
Note:
The Distribution group type is to use Send as group feature.
